Friday, February 4th & Saturday, February 5th: LMEC's Leader's Retreat.
Friday, April 22nd & Saturday, April 23rd: American Cancer Society's Relay for Life will be
held at Chapin High School from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Let's get a LMEC team together and walk to raise money for cancer research.

HIGHWAY CLEAN UP TIME: Saturday, January 29th is Adopt-A-Highway Pickup time. Make your plans to be
at LMEC at 9 a.m. to help clean up God's great Creation. He made us His stewards to care for His earth, so let's do
our part!
LADIES! WANT A BETTER MARRIAGE? Have you tried arguing, pleading, ignoring, avoiding, confronting,
debating, nagging, and of course, the ever popular silent treatment? Not getting satisfactory results? I have
the solution: PRAYER! Come join us for an amazing adventure in how to have a better marriage. "The Power

WE CARE NEEDS: Foods needed for January: tuna, grits (small 2lb. packages) and Spam. Helping
others pay for their fuel bills is a winter project of We Care. Due to rising costs, $11,000 in donations is needed.

IT'S A GIRL! Congratulations to Betty Tucker on the birth of her new Great-granddaughter,
Dakota Lily. The "California Girl" was born Wednesday, January 19, 2005 weighing in at 6 lbs. Praise God for His
little miracle!
